There are so many things you can make with a tube of crescent rolls. This is a quick go to when you get that craving for apple pie.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped Pecans
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced into 8 slices
1 can Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Unwrap the crescent roll and separate the triangles.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Evenly spread butter onto each triangle. Sprinkle with a lot of sugar and cinnamon mixture, and sprinkle with the pecans.
Cut apples into 8 equal slices. Place a piece of apple on each triangle of dough and roll it in a croissant and arrange on a cookie sheet.
Spread the remaining butter on each croissant and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
Remove from oven and let cool for before serving. I also like to serve it with a scoop of ice cream a la mode style!
