I wanted to start eating more healthy. Today I started off with this yummy breakfast. It's super easy to make, packed with protein and will hold me over until lunch (no snacking) needed in between! Looking forward to finding healthy but yummy recipes!

Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 Eggs
1 Slice of Bacon, cooked
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded Cheese
Parsley
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Slice and pit the avocado and scoop out some of the avocado to make room for the egg.
Crack an egg into the middle of each avocado half, sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and cheese.
Cook your bacon, and place the pieces on top of your avocado and sprinkle more with cheese. Place the avocado in a cupcake or muffin tin to keep it upright.
Bake for 15 minutes, serve immediately and top with more parsley and hot sauce!
