Ingredients:
4 Bacon Slices
4 Eggs
Shredded Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Chives
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cook your bacon about halfway in a skillet, about 3-5 minutes.
Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray, line with your bacon slices to create a circle.
Crack an egg into each mold, sprinkle some salt and pepper and top with some shredded cheese.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Garnish with chives and enjoy!
