Man was this a winner! We were craving the hot dogs outside of the stadium after a game and decided to try it ourselves. SLAM DUNK!
Ingredients:
1 package of Hot Links
1 package of Buns
1 package of Bacon
1/2 of a Red Onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pickled Jalapenos
Shredded Cheese
Ketchup
Mustard
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cut diagonal lines in the hot links and wrap it in bacon. I used tooth picks to secure each end.
Place the links on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or to your liking. Keep checking on them to make sure you get the right amount of crisp.
While the links are cooking, saute the onions with olive oil and set aside.
Remove the links from the oven and make sure you remove all the tooth picks!
Toast the buns and assemble your masterpiece.
