Baked Pork Chops

Writer's picture: MickeyMickey

I love a good pork chop. Especially when they are still juicy, nothing is worst than a dried out piece of meat! These are super easy and can be done in less than 30 minutes! It can be served with just about any side, we like salad and potatoes and sometimes Mac n' Cheese!

Ingredients:

6 Pork Chops

1 Original Pork Shake n' Bake Bag

Whole Grain Dijon Mustard

Italian Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Add the seasoning into the shake n' bake bag and sprinkle some italian seasoning and sake around.

  3. Cover both sides of the pork chops with Dijon mustard and drop the pork chops one at a time into the shake n bake bag and shake away.

  4. Place them on the foil and bake for 15 minutes or until done.

  5. Serve with your favorite sides! I like to dip my pieces in Frank's Red Hot.
