These were my absolute favorite popsicles growing up. I remember the ice cream truck would sell these HUGE fudge bars. When we went to buy some at the store they were so small! We were so disappointed. Since we have some popsicle molds, I tried to replicate it, and it was pretty good. The kids and hubby approved!

Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 oz.) Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding Mix
1 package (3.4 oz.) Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix
4 cups Whole Milk
2 cups Cool Whip
8 drops of liquid Yellow Food Coloring, optional
Instructions:
Get two medium sized bowls. In one bowl, add the chocolate fudge pudding mix and 2 cups milk. Whisk together until well combined. In another bowl, add the banana cream pudding mix and 2 cups milk. Whisk together until well combined.
To each flavor, add in 1 cup Cool Whip. Make sure to mix it well. If you’d like your banana layer to be yellow add in the yellow food coloring and mix thoroughly.
Spoon into your popsicle molds, but alternate the flavors to make layers. I used two spoons for this. Put your sticks in the pops and freeze for about 5 hours.
