Do you like sweet and salty? If you do this is a great breakfast to start your day. My aunt was pretty skeptical but when she tried it, she loved it! You can really use any fruit you want, but this house is always stocked with berries, so we went that route. We also threw in some avocados to round it out!

Ingredients:
Tostadas
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Maple Syrup or Blue Agave
2 tsp minced Fresh Mint, divided
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest, divided
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Avocado, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, lemon juice, maple syrup, 1/2 tsp mint, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, vanilla and salt, until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the tostada, and top each one with avocado, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Garnish with mint, lemon zest and a drizzle of maple or agave syrup.
