These are AMAZING. If any of us are having a bad week we request lobster and steak for dinner. Good news, even after a long day you can still make this, it only takes about 10 minutes and a fraction of the price at the restaurant!

Ingredients:
4 Lobster Tails
1/4 cup or half a stick of Butter
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Paparika
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Lemon
Cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Wash the lobster tails and use kitchen sears to cut down the back of the shell. Slightly stretch out the shell and carefully pull out the meat but keep the end of the tail attached. Was the lobster tails again, pat dry and place on a cookie sheet.
Melt the butter, add all the ingredients, minus the lemon, into the butter sauce and mix well. Brush the butter sauce on both sides of the lobster meat and carefully place back onto the shell.
Heat the oven to Broil and cook on high for 7 minutes.
Once you plate the lobster tails squeeze some lemon on top, garnish with some cilantro and serve immediately, they get cold quick!
