My mom loves this! It's her favorite Thanksgiving dish. My mother-in-law makes it each year for us. I had to share the recipe. The secret ingredient is the scotch kisses from See's Candy!

Ingredients:
2 large Yams (6 cups)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup Butter
10 Scotch Kisses
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Boil yams until it's tender and ready to mash.
Drain the yams, add butter and mash together.
Add brown sugar, honey and spice and blend together with a wooden spoon.
Pour half of the yams in a 8x8 casserole dish and top with 5 scotch kisses. Add the rest of the yams on top and top it with the rest of the kisses and sprinkle on some pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
