Looking for an easy appetizer? I am growing tomatoes and basil in our garden and grabbed some mozzarella balls and balsamic vinaigrette and bam... cute little apps in no time!
Ingredients:
Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
Mozzarella Balls (marinated or plain)
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions:
With a toothpick, add cherry tomatoes first.
Fold the basil leaves and place under the cherry tomatoes.
Next add the mozzarella balls last and place them on a platter.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the skewers before you serve and enjoy!
