I love all things Chicago.... Chicago PD, Fire and Med... The Obamas, The Hot Italian Beef Sandwiches and especially the Chicago Dog. The only place that I know of that sells these near me is Sonic... and let's just say, that's not happening. So I had to make them myself!
Ingredients:
Hot Dog Buns
Hot Dogs
Melted Butter
Poppy Seeds
Onions, chopped
Relish
Mustard
Tomato, sliced
Pickle Spears
Sport Peppers
Celery Salt
Instructions:
Melt some butter and lightly brush on both sides of your bun and sprinkle with poppy seeds and toast in your toaster oven until its nice a warm.
Boil your hot dogs for 5 minutes.
Place your hot dog in your bun and top with all the toppings and sprinkle with some celery salt.
