Chicken A Le Lait

This was way easy and totally yum! I love when you can just throw all the ingredients together and let it cook. It's even better when it comes out good. My Aunt prepared this and had it in the oven before I even knew she started dinner, that's how fast it was. We added jalapenos to this but it's not needed, but if you are like me and need spice in each meal, then I highly recommend it.

Ingredients:
3 Chicken Breast, sliced
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1/2 onion, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
5 Mushrooms, sliced
1 Jalapeno, sliced
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add all the ingredients into a casserole pan or baking dish, mix it all together and put it in the oven and let bake for 30 - 45 minutes. Depends on how thick your chicken is. After 30 minutes check to see if your chicken is fully cooked, if not keep adding a few minutes until it's fully cooked.
Once done serve immediately over rice!
