Chocolate Fudge

This is a MUST if you love chocolate. You can actually use this recipe and change out chocolate with peanut butter chips, butterscotch or anything really! You can add nuts to it as well if you want some extra texture. It's great for parties or in goodie boxes, we always put a bunch of these in our xmas goodie trays and they are always a hit.


Ingredients:

3 cups Sugar

3/4 cup Butter

1 5 oz Evaporated Milk

3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped or Chocolate Chips

1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


Instructions:

  1. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.

  2. Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 4 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

  3. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until melted. Add vanilla; mix well.

  4. Pour into prepared pan; spread to cover bottom of pan. Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into 1-inch squares.
