If you love chocolate and peanut butter this is the cookie for you! It's chocolaty and chewy and the perfect snack with a big glass of milk. The kids and the hubby love these.
Ingredients:
3/4 cups Butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Milk
1 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until light in color and creamy.
Add in the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, mix into the dough. When the dry ingredients are about halfway mixed in, add the milk to the dough. Mix until completely combined. The dough will be very soft.
Fold in the mini Reese's Pieces.
Scoop or roll the cookie dough out into equal sized balls. Arrange on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 7-9 minutes or until the cookies are puffy. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
