This is the perfect healthy snack. I love it, the kids love it, it's a win win! You can decorate with pretty much any toppings you want, we went for a rainbow fruit theme! This makes enough for me, the girls and my aunt to share. So yummy!
Ingredients:
2 Pitaya Foods Organic Coconut Smoothie Packs
3/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/2 Banana
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup of Almond or Coconut Milk
Your Favorite Toppings
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the coconut smoothie packs, pineapple, banana, honey and almond or coconut milk and blend well.
Transfer to a bowl and start adding your toppings. We went for a rainbow look and used Raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, strawberries, bananas, coconut shavings and granola. Once you are happy with your design, DIG IN!
