Writer's picture: MickeyMickey

Another Taco Bell copycat! Can you tell... I love Taco Bell! It was pretty yummy, now I want to attempt the Mexican Pizza. This crunchwrap supreme is pretty simple, and the crunch in the middle is everything, hope you Tbell lovers enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 lb of Ground Beef

1 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Paprika, ground

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Iceberg Lettuce, sliced thinly

Tomatoes, diced

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Sour cream

4 Flour Tortillas, burrito size

4 Flour Tortillas, soft taco size

4 Tostada Shells

1 tsp Vegetable Oil

Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown and season the beef with black pepper, chili powder, salt, paprika and cumin. Once fully cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Place the large tortilla on a flat surface, sprinkle with the ground beef and drizzle on desired amount of nacho cheese.

  3. Place a tostada on top of the beef, spread some sour cream, layer on the lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese.

  4. Add the small tortilla on top of everything and gently fold the large burrito tortilla around to seal everything in.

  5. Heat up a skillet with some vegetable oil, place the crunchwrap supreme seam side down and start to brown, roughly 1 minutes. Then flip and brown the other side. Once done, transfer to your place and enjoy with your favorite hot sauce!
