Cucumber Ginger Detox Drink

I love pressed juice, I was spending a lot of money on them. One day I decided that I wanted to make my own and save some money! I don't have a juicer but I do have a Ninja and a strainer! This drink is so good, so refreshing and has gotten rid of my bloat. I've lost 10lbs from drinking this. NO JOKE. I haven't had a flat stomach since before Emily, so this feels amazing. I highly recommend it!


Ingredients:

1 large Cucumber

1 Lemon, peeled

1 1/2 - 2 inches Ginger

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

4 cups Water


Instructions:

  1. Chop the cucumber and place it into your blender.

  2. Peel and cut the lemon in half and add to the blender.

  3. Toss in the ginger, pineapple and water and blend well.

  4. Take a strainer and place it over a large bowl and pour in the juice. I take a wooden spoon and really stir and smash all the liquid out, it's liquid gold so don't waste it!

  5. Drink a glass in the morning and a glass before bed and before you know it you'll start shedding that water weight!
