I'm not big on breakfast, but the kids are so I guess I had to learn how to make some! These French toast are super fluffy and oh so yummy. The kids gave me a thumbs up in approval and even had seconds. Hope you guys enjoy.

Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, divided
Pinch of Salt
8 slices Brioche Bread
Unsalted butter, for cooking
Maple syrup, butter, powdered sugar, and berries, optional
Instructions:
In a shallow pan, add the eggs, milk, vanilla, half of the cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Dip each side of the bread in the egg mixture. After 4 slices add the rest of the cinnamon and mix again. This will make sure all of the slices get coated.
Melt a little butter on the hot griddle or in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the French toast until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and berries. I added whipped cream to the kids and they LOVED it.
