This is probably the girls favorite meal. They can eat this all day with sticky rice. The whole garlic cloves are heaven to bite into and the yummy aroma it leaves the house is straight bliss.

Ingredients:
24 Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tbsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
14 Smashed Garlic (I just use the side of my knife)
Oil for frying (about 2 cups)
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium high and fry the wings for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
