Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries

We are always looking for a healthier way to give the kids snacks/treats. And this is the perfect one! They think they are getting a popsicle or ice cream but it's just yogurt and berries frozen!


Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt

1/4 cup agave (honey or maple syrup are also OK to use)

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice

Pinch Salt

Strawberries, sliced

Blueberries

Raspberries

Mini Chocolate Chips


Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt, agave, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt; whisk until thoroughly combined.

  3. Transfer yogurt mixture to previously prepared baking sheet and spread it around to an even thickness.

  4. Top with berries and mini chocolate chips.

  5. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into pieces and serve keep any left overs in the freezer, I lined mine with parchment paper in between layers and it was easier to pull apart!
