This stir fry will wake up your taste buds! It's good a nice heat, mixed in with the rich buttery flavor and the garlic just takes it over the top. I love anything with noodles and this was no exception. Super fast to make, I think the longest part is boiling the ramen noodles. Great quick and easy lunch.
Ingredients:
2 bricks dried Ramen Noodles
3 tbsp Butter
3 cups Kale, chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Sambal Oelek or Sriracha
Green Onions, chopped for garnish
Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Egg yolk
Instructions:
Boil the ramen noodles until they are cooked through, drain and set aside.
Mix together the chili flakes, soy sauce, honey and sambal in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet on medium high seat, add in the garlic and kale and sauté for a few minutes.
Add in your noodles and pour the sauce all over, mix together and continue to stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Transfer to your serving plate, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and gently place an egg yolk in the middle. You can break up the egg and mix it in the noodles if you want, the heat from the noodles will cook the egg.
