Looking for a fast and easy breakfast that's tasty and packed with protein? We had some left over guacamole and I wanted to use it before it went bad. So we soft boiled some eggs, toasted some Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread and I was so happy with how it turned out. Sprinkle some mixed-up salt and black pepper and it was amazing!
Ingredients:
Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread, toasted
Soft Boiled Egg, sliced
Guacamole (store bought or homemade)
Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions:
Toast your bread and spread a desired amount of guacamole on top.
Add your soft boiled egg on top.
Sprinkle with mixed-up salt and black pepper and enjoy!
