It was another great recipe for a crockpot. I made these fall off the bone tender ribs in 4 hours. I threw all the ingredients in, set and forget just in time for dinner! Taste great with rice but any sides would be great (mashed potatoes, green beans etc.)

Ingredient:

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Pepper

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Chili Powder

2 1/2 lb rack of Pork ribs, halved

1 cup Honey

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

10 Garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

  1. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder together and rub generously on both halves of the ribs.

  2. Add the honey, soy sauce and garlic to the crock pot, mix and roll the ribs in the mixture on both sides.

  3. Set the ribs, meaty side against the crockpot with the ribs facing up. Set the crock pot to high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

  4. Once the ribs are done, make sure to drizzle the juices on the ribs before you serve!
