Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

This is freaking delicious. I rarely make brussels sprouts and if I do it's just roasted with olive oil and salt and pepper. Today I wanted to try the BJ's Honey Sriracha dressing on top and it was fantastic. It's a great side for any meal, it's got that sweet and spicy kick to it and just makes you wanting more! I love dressing up veggies so I will eat more of it!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

1 tbsp Sriracha

3 tbsp Honey

1 Lime, juiced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut off the stem end of the sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut large sprouts in half.

  3. Place sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and toss to coat.

  4. Place in a single layer on an foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan a few times throughout the cooking process, until crisp and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.

  5. Combine sriracha, honey, and lime in a small bowl. Season with salt.

  6. Remove sprouts from oven, transfer to large bowl, and drizzle with sauce. Toss lightly to coat and serve immediately.
