Jello cookies always add a hint of flavor to your cookies, they also work great with a cookie press. You can sub the Jello with any flavor you want. We went with lime so we can make green Christmas trees!
Ingredients:
4 cups Sifted Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 3oz Package Jello
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients into a stand mixer and mix well.
Add your dough to your cookie press and start pumping them out on a unlined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and let them cool on a cookie rack.
