My Husbands Favorite. Great finger food when you don't feel like making a full meal.
Ingredients:
24 Chicken Wings or Drummettes with skin
Salt and pepper
1/2 tps Garlic Powder
1/2 tps Paprika
1/2 tps Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup Mango Habanero Salsa
1/2 cup Peach Preserves
2 Habaneros thinly sliced (optional for extra heat)
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro for garnish
Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cayenee pepper.
Place the wings on a foil lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the Mango Habanero Salsa and peach preserves and the (optional sliced habaneros) until smooth and heated through.
Brush the glaze over each of the wings and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and place on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve with ranch dressing.
