Mangonada

One of my favorite smoothies during a hot day. And let me tell you it's been super hot here. It's refreshing, sweet, tangy, a little spicy and so delicious! I got most of the ingredients at the 99 cent only store so that's a plus! Highly recommend trying this for yourself.


Ingredients:

16 oz Frozen Mango

1/2 cup Ice

1 cup Mango Nectar Juice

1 Lime juiced

Chamoy

Tajin Seasoning

4 Tamarindo or Takis Candies

Fresh Mango for garnishing


Instructions:

  1. Combine frozen mango, ice, lime juice and mango nectar in a blender, then blend until smooth.

  2. In two small bowls, add the tajin to one and chamoy to the other.

  3. Prepare cups by dipping the rim in the chamoy, then dipping in the tajin seasoning.

  4. Add desired amount of chamoy and chopped mangos to the bottom of the cup and give the chamoy a swirl around the cup.

  5. Fill the cups with the mangonada mixture and garnish with a lime, candy, additional cubed mango and tajin seasoning.
