We wanted to do a quick and easy dessert/snack. We had a ton of marshmallows in both the big a mini size and we had a box of brownie mix. Let's see what we can do!
Ingredients:
1 Brownie Mix
2/3 cups Oil
1/4 cup Water
2 Eggs
12 Large Marshmallows
36 Mini Marshmallows
Chocolate Shavings to sprinkle
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a cupcake pan.
Pour the brownie mix into a medium mixing bowl and add the oil, water and eggs. With a whisk, mix well.
Pour a little bit of the mixture in each tin, place a large marshmallow in the middle, and pour the remaining mixture over the marshmallow.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, pull them out, top each cupcake with 3 mini marshmallows and continue to bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the marshmallows start to melt.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some chocolate shavings and enjoy!
