We had some bananas that needed to be used and I saw this recipe to do some banana pancake cereal and just had to try it. It was pretty easy, super yummy and fun to eat. I let the kids put syrup, whipped cream and sprinkles on them and they devoured it! So fun!

Ingredients:
1 cup Milk
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 ripe Banana
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Cooking Spray
1 cup fresh Mixed Berries, for topping
1 large Banana, sliced
Whipped Cream and sprinkles, for topping
Instructions:
Add milk, flour, 1 of the bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla, baking powder and salt to a blender and pulse until smooth and mixed.
Pour pancake batter into a squeeze bottle or pipping bag.
Heat pan to medium high heat and spray with oil.
Squeeze little small pancake dots the size of a nickel and cook until top is dry and forms bubbles. Then flip the pancakes and cook for a few more minutes.
Transfer to your bowls, add sliced bananas, fresh berries and your favorite toppings and enjoy!
