These are SO cute! The kids absolutely loved them. They gave it a 2 thumbs up and kept telling me how cute they were. These are the perfect bite size dessert bites and would be super cute at any party (when we are allowed to do those again). But once you pull them out of the freezer, they should be eaten right away or they will melt! You can use any flavor ice cream you want, we used Neapolitan because that's our favorite!
Ingredients:
Nilla Wafers
Ice Cream of your Choice
Jimmies Sprinkles
Instructions:
Pull out an even amount of Nilla Wafers and lay them bottom side up on a large plate.
Scoop a tbsp of Ice cream and place it on one wafer and use another one to create a sandwich.
Pour some sprinkles in a small bowl, and roll the mini sandwich in the sprinkles.
Place them back on the plate and once finished, place them in the freezer for about 1 hour. Serve and enjoy immediately!
