It’s baking season at the Stout House and I’ll be posting a different Christmas Treat each day. Today is a cake mix cookie made with a package of triple chocolate fudge cake mix! I hope you guys enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pkg Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Mint Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add cake mix, oil and eggs into a stand mixer and combine.
Fold in the 2 different chips until fully mixed.
Use a small cookie scoop and form into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
