I love these noodles, I used to go almost every week to the mall to get some, but with Covid and the restaurant no longer there, I NEED TO RECREATE. It was pretty good, not as saucy (I need to find the BBQ sauce these use), but it was definitely still really good. I grabbed whatever we had in the fridge and stir fried it up, seriously, you can use anything, I am just going to list what I used and as far as portions, it's whatever you want!
Ingredients:
Chicken Marinade:
1 large Chicken Breast, sliced
1 tbsp Tsing Tao Stir Fry Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
Black Pepper
While Pepper
Sesame Seeds
Veggies I used:
1 package of pre-cooked Egg Noodles
Broccoli
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Jalapenos
Mushrooms
Green Onions
Cilantro
Garlic
Water Chestnuts
Stir Fry Sauce:
2 tbsp Tsing Tao Stir Fry Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp Lemon Water
2 tbsp Ginger Water
1 tbsp Fried Chili Oil
Crushed Red Pepper and Sriracha for extra heat (optional)
Instructions:
Place the chicken and marinade ingredients into a ziplock bag and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
Prepare all your veggies, chopped to nice bite size pieces and set aside.
Prepare the stir fry sauce in a small mixing bowl and set aside until you are ready to use it.
Heat up a large skillet on high heat, and stir fry the chicken until it is fully cooked. You can use any protein you want, this marinade will taste great on anything. Once it's fully cooked, transfer it into a bowl and set aside.
Now add some vegetable oil or olive oil to your skillet and stir fry all of your veggies for about 4 minutes or until tender.
Add in the chicken and noodles and stir fry sauce and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Once it's fully incorporated, taste and adjust to your liking. Add in some sriracha and crushed red peppers and enjoy immediately!
