I love miniature peanut butter cups. They are the perfect sized candy bar for me, and these are the best! We used a sugar cookie mix instead of making it from scratch, it saved us a lot of time, you can make it from scratch if you like, but these taste just as great in a fraction of the time!
Ingredients:
1 pkg Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter
Reese's Pieces Miniature Peanut Butter Cups.
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini muffin pan and set aside.
Take 1 tbsp of the dough and roll into a ball, place them in your mini muffin pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and press a Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cup in the middle and decorate if you want to make them more festive. Let the cookies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before you remove, they can fall apart if you don't let them cool completely.
