Pina Colada Cake Pops

I wanted to make something that looked like snowballs to add to our goodie boxes. We had a package of pineapple cake batter and decided to mix in some coconut and it came out perfect! Such a treat, it made me feel like I was having a Hawaiian Christmas!


Ingredients: Pineapple Cake Mix

1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

1 package White Almond Bark

Toasted Shredded Coconut


Instructions:

  1. Mix the pineapple cake mix based on the box instructions.

  2. add in the 1/2 cup shredded coconut and mix well.

  3. Add your mix to your cake pop maker, and repeat let them cool completely.

  4. Melt your white almond bark in the microwave, 1 minute, then mix, add additional 15 seconds until it's completely melted and smooth. Cover the cake pops in the chocolate, transfer to a flat surface, sprinkle with the toasted coconut and let it set up for about 15-20 minutes.
