These are so good, they taste like Dole Whip! So soft and chewy it's amazing. They are definitely making it in our Christmas Baking boxes this year. I received so many rave reviews from both adults and kids, so that is a win for me. Just takes 4 ingredients, I can't wait to try it with different flavors!
Ingredients:
1 box Pineapple Cake Mix
1 8oz tub of Cool Whip
1 Egg
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cake mix, cool whip and egg together and mix to combine.
Scoop a table spoon of the cookie dough into your bowl of powdered sugar and roll until covered.
Place the cookie on the the cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down and try not to eat them all in one sitting!
