Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Pitaya is Dragon Fruit, and they come in a white and a pink color. The fresh ones are usually white, but you can get the smoothie packs with the pink color in any grocery store. I love the bright vibrant color, it just makes it look even more exotic! You can top your bowl with just about any topping you want, that's the beauty of these bowls, you can just decorate it and use different toppings each time! The kids really enjoy the smoothie bowl, it's easier for them to eat. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ingredients:

7 ounces Frozen Pitaya (Dragon Fruit)

2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 Frozen Banana

1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks


Toppings:

Kiwi

Blueberries

Almonds

Pumpkin Seeds

Coconut Flakes


Instructions:

  1. Take the smoothie base ingredients and place them in the blender. Make sure it's mixed well.

  2. Place the smoothie in a nice deep bowl and start decorating and enjoy!
