Pull Apart Pie Bites

I saw this all over Pinterest and it just looked so pretty I had to try it! I had some cherry, apple and pumpkin filling in the cupboard and frozen pie crust already so it was meant to be! It was easy to make and taste so yummy, it actually is dangerous because we at the entire thing in one sitting! This is perfect for any gathering, so easy to walk by and pull the flavor you want. Definitely going to do this again.

Ingredients:

2-3 packages of premade Pie Crust

Pie Filling of your choice

Cooking Spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven based on your pie crust package, and spray your springboard generously with cooking spray, set aside.

  2. Roll out your pie crust, and use a champagne flute to cut out little round pieces.

  3. Place a small amount of pie filling in the middle of the cut outs and pinch the corners and place them around our springboard and continue in any design you want.

  4. Once you've filled up your springboard, place it in the oven and cook based on your pie crust instructions. We did ours for about 40 minutes or until you get a nice golden brown color.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, release your springboard and serve plain, with powdered sugar or whipped cream!
