Ingredients:
4 lbs of Pork (country style ribs, butt or shoulder)
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hawaiian Rolls
Coleslaw
BBQ Sauce:
1 bottle of Chili Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp of Vinegar
Dash of Hot Sauce
Instructions:
I try to marinate the meat ahead of time, add all the ingredients and rub it into the meat and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Place the pork into the crock pot. Mix all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce and pour into the crock pot. Cook on High for 4-6 hours.
Once the pork is fully cooked, remove it to another mixing bowl and shred with 2 forks and add it back to the crockpot and mix, and keep on warm.
You can now build your sliders. I like to add a little coleslaw on top, you can make your own or store bought totally works!
