This is my husbands take on a sausage egg mcmuffin, BUT BETTER. I love this in the morning with some hot sauce, it's super hearty and satisfying. You can cook the egg to your preference, I like mine runny! Give these a try, you won't be disappointed.
Ingredients:
English Muffins, halved and toasted
Butter
Kielbasa Sausage
Egg
American Cheese, sliced
Instructions:
Toast your English muffins and set aside.
Cut up the kielbasa sausage and fry until browned.
Cook your eggs to your preference.
Assemble your sandwich by spreading some butter on each side of the English muffins, lay your egg on top, pile on the sausage and place your sliced cheese on top and then complete with the other half of the English muffin. This will help melt your cheese. Add some hot sauce if you like and enjoy!
