I found these frozen Argentinian Shrimp that were HUGE and I had to try them. I thought they would go great with some garlic noodles, and man was I right! I love garlic to begin with, add it with some butter and noodles and you can't go wrong. I recommend this for a quick, but impressive meal!

Ingredients:
Garlic Noodles:
2 lbs. fresh Taiwanese-style Yellow Oil Noodles
4 tbsp melted unsalted Butter
10 cloves Garlic, minced
2 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
Shrimp:
10 -12 Jumbo shell-on Shrimp
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 /2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp chopped Green Onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Loosen up the noodles and run it under hot water to wash off some of the oil. Drain and set it aside.
In a large skillet on medium heat, melt the butter and saute the garlic. Add in the oyster sauce and sugar until it's all mixed before adding in the noodles. Stir fry for about a minute or two. Remove from heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Transfer over to your serving dish.
In the same skillet, warm up the olive oil and garlic for the shrimp once the garlic starts to brow, add in the shrimp, soy sauce and sugar. Stir continuously until fully cooked.
Add in the salt and pepper to taste and transfer on top of the garlic noodles, top it with some green onions and serve!
I like to add a bit of sriracha for some heat, but this is totally optional.
