Looking for a simple and easy lunch. I threw this together in less than 10 minutes. Its healthy and taste super fresh! I felt good eating it. You can use any type of wrap you want, I choose spinach tortillas and it was yummy!
Ingredients:
1 5oz can Tuna
1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sriracha
2 wraps
2/3 cup matchstick Carrots
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/2 Cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Divide the tuna salad and vegetables between the two wraps. Fold them like a burrito, cut in half and enjoy!
