I love spinach salad, I especially love this one. A friend and old co-worker used to make this all the time and I still make it today a decade later! You can add any ingredients you want like tomatoes, bacon bits anything really, it will taste great with this dressing. It's my favorite store bought one.
Ingredients:
Spinach
Croutons
Feta Cheese
Red Onion slices
Craisins
Girard's Champagne Vinaigrette
Instructions: Toss all the ingredients together and drizzle with vinaigrette. EASY PEASY! Like I said, you can add more ingredients to this if you want.
