Tuna Stuffed Avocados

I've been trying to find some healthier items to make lately. Need to lose some of these Covid pounds and get a kick start on my New Year's Resolutions. These are delicious, healthy, packed with protein and comes in a yummy bowl!


Ingredients:

Avocados

12 ounce can Tuna

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 stalk of Celery, diced

1/4 Red Onion, diced

2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. Slice the avocados in half and set aside.

  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, add the tuna salad into the avocado halves, sprinkle with some parsley and fresh cracked black better and enjoy! I added a little siracha on top for some heat and it was perfect.
