I enjoy a good burger, and sometimes I want a turkey burger. It's just as delicious as a hamburger, but it makes me feel a little bit healthier! These are juicy and flavorful. They make about 6 patties, I freeze the leftovers and they are just as good the 2nd time around. You can top these with anything you want. We love caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, avocado, jalapenos, bacon and sometimes cheese. Get creative!

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground Turkey
1 large Egg
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped Onion
4 Garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeño, diced
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
Optional Toppings: Buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos, pickles, bacon, mushrooms, avocado, cheese, mayo, ketchup and mustard.
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients together in a larger bowl and once it's all mixed, form 6 patties equally.
Place the patties onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet or plate. Cover tightly then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. This ensures the patties will hold their shape.
Heat up a skillet and lightly oiled. Pan fry the patties until they are fully cooked. Serve on a toasted bun and desired toppings!
