Valentine Pretzels

These cute candy bark is so festive, perfect for valentines day! You can use any color melting chocolates and any kind of sprinkles you want. The most important thing about making these is making sure the chocolate comes to room temperature before trying to cut them! We had a bunch start breaking! You just have to be patient! Maybe make them the night before and leave them out over night before you try and cut.


Ingredients:

2 bags Light Cocoa Candy Melts

48 Mini Pretzel Twists

1 bag White Candy Melts

Jumbo Heart Sprinkles

Valentine Nonpareils Sprinkles


Instructions:

  1. Take your cookie pan and line it with foil and set aside.

  2. Melt 2 bags of the light cocoa candy melts in a sauce pan over medium heat.

  3. Once fully melted, pour into your cookie pan and start lining up the pretzels on top. You should be able to fit 6 rows of 8.

  4. Sprinkle with the Nopareils and chill them in the fridge for about 5 minutes.

  5. Start melting your white candy melts and spoon them into a piping bag. you can use a zip lock bag too and just snip a small hole on one corner.

  6. Fill in the middle of the pretzel, making a heart shape, place a jumbo heart sprinkles in the middle.

  7. Place the candy in the fridge and let them chill for about 30 minutes.

  8. When you are ready, remove the candy from the cookie pan and let it warm up to room temperature, then cut them into squares!
