Who doesn't love a good wonton soup right? I found a Ramen broth base carton at target. It was only $1.99 so I figured I would try it. IT WAS GREAT! It saves me so much time making my own broth, add in the wontons and some veggies and it was perfect. I could probably eat this every week! The wontons were a lot easier to make than I thought, so I'm happy that I tried it!

Ingredients:
60 Wonton Wrappers
1 lb Ground Chicken (or Pork)
1/2 cup minced Shrimp
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger
2 tbsp chopped Green Onions
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Egg
Soup Ingredients:
1 carton Ramen Broth
1 Carrot Shredded
1 bunch Bok Choy
Hard Boiled Egg
Fried Chili Garlic
Garnish with Green Onions and Cilantro
Squeeze of Lemon
Instructions:
Add the ground chicken and minced shrimp into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the wontons and mix in one direction until it becomes sticky and feel a resistance (approximately 3 minutes).
Place 1 tsp of the filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper, moisten the edges and fold into a triangle. Make sure all the air has been removed before sealing. Use your thumb to make a groove up the middle of the wonton, and take the two bottom corners and wrap around the seal. This video can help! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrjFoOddNk8
Boil a pot of water, add in wontons 20 at a time, once they float to the top, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Boil the ramen broth, add in the carrots and bok choy to soften.
Place the cooked wontons into your bowl, add in the broth and assemble as you wish!
